About Golden Heritage Assisted Living Home, LLC

Golden Heritage is a licensed assisted living home facility that provides maximum level of care to those in need. We offer private rooms, suites with private baths and large living areas for dining and entertainment. Our large living area is the hub for activities, providing numerous amenities that support a social and healthy lifestyle. Our elegant dining area features state-of-the-art kitchen with home style meals served three times daily. Our staff is skilled and experienced to care for our residents in a home-like atmosphere. 

Spanning almost an acre in the heart of the prestigious North Scottsdale area is the luxurious assisted living home – Golden Heritage.  Unlike most assisted living homes in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona area, Golden Heritage offers a unique, vibrant lifestyle and boasts countless activities that allow our residents to live life to the fullest.  Our attractive and extensive grounds offer opportunities to be able to sit or walk in safety. Our assisted living home was created to give residents the freedom to live how they choose with the peace of mind that comes from knowing they are well cared for. At Golden Heritage, we believe our first responsibility is to the Residents we care for.  We respect the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our Residents and find that compassion is essential to fostering healing, wholeness and wellbeing.

Our Story

Background

My name is Leanna Lupea. I am a licensed RN and Certified Manager at Golden Heritage Assisted Living Home, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ. We have over 20 years experience in caring for elderly in the greater Phoenix area.

Our Philosophy 

Our philosophy is to provide our residents with a secure, relaxed, and homely environment in which their care, well-being and comfort is of prime importance. We focus on healthy aging which promote optimal independent functioning. 

Our Staff will strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all residents within a warm and caring atmosphere, and in doing so will be sensitive to the residents ever changing needs. We are committed to the recruitment, training and retention of a concerned, dedicated, professional staff.

Such needs may be medical/therapeutic (for physical and mental welfare), cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social, and residents are encouraged to participate in the development of their individualized residents' Plan of Care in which the involvement of the family and friends may be appropriate and greatly valued.

This will be achieved through programs of activities designed to encourage mental alertness, self esteem and social interaction with other residents and with recognition of the core values of care which are fundamental to the philosophy of our home. We facilitate engaging activities and programs which bring meaning and fulfillment to the lives of our residents. 

Special Services

We offer physical activities on daily basis. In-home concerts and dancing and music that satisfied everyone's taste. Our residents enjoy social time with craft hour, slideshow presentation of a variety of themes like, music- where the residents try their memory to name that singer, travel places - where residents reminisce their own travels. BINGO is always enjoyed by all. We celebrate birthdays, special occasions, holidays. Outings are available to the mall, out for coffee, ice cream, concerts, museums, movies even trick-or-treating. Our residents also have access to a computer, where they view their family's photos on Facebook or play online solitaire or just check their e-mail.
